Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead post-installation sales strategy, including service contracts, upgrades, and lifecycle management
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across existing customers in multiple APAC markets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare institutions and key stakeholders
  • Identify and develop localized solutions based on market needs and trends
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and marketing teams
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and participate in industry events
  • Develop pricing strategies and improve after-sales processes
  • Deliver customer satisfaction initiatives and action plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Philippine citizen
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in medtech/medical device sales, ideally across Southeast Asia/APAC or other markets
  • Proven track record in both direct and indirect sales environments, preferably within capital equipment
  • Strong understanding of after-sales business (service contracts, upgrades, lifecycle management)
  • Deep knowledge of regional markets, with the ability to navigate multiple ASEAN countries
  • Highly hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external clients
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote setup and is comfortable with frequent overseas and regional travel (Philippines homebase)
  • Bachelor's degree required; science or healthcare-related background is an advantage
