Job Description

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive global market expansion
  • Identify and penetrate new markets across Europe, the US, and Asia
  • Build and scale B2B export clients and strategic partnerships
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing international sales team
  • Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion across global accounts
  • Manage key client relationships and lead commercial negotiations for contracts and pricing
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with export regulations and standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Around 10 years of experience in international sales/export roles
  • 3-5 years of leadership or managerial experience
  • Strong background in B2B, export-driven, or commodity-based industries
  • Experience in the agricultural industry or adjacent sectors is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate leads and expand international markets
  • Solid understanding of export processes, documentation, and compliance
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, growth-focused environments
