Commercial Strategy & Pipeline ExecutionDevelop and execute account plans aligned with market opportunities.Own the sales pipeline-from opportunity development to deal closure.Achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets for the Meat Division.Maintain accurate forecasting and provide timely market feedback.3. Technical & Portfolio UnderstandingQuickly develop deep knowledge of the company's technologies (taste, texture, preservation, functional ingredients, etc.).Present technical solutions and value propositions tailored to customer needs.Collaborate with technical, R&D, applications, and marketing teams to co‑create solutions.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork effectively in a matrix organization with regional and country teams.Mobilize cross-functional support to deliver customer projects smoothly.Coordinate with supply chain, pricing, regulatory, finance, and technical service teams.5.
