This role leads the commercial strategy and execution across Mindanao, driving sales growth and building strong distributor and key account relationships in Davao and Cagayan De Oro. You will oversee route-to-market excellence, team performance, and market expansion for a fast-growing global FMCG organisation.

Job Description

    • Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share across Mindanao territories
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives
    • Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships to ensure optimal coverage and availability
    • Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of sales representatives and supervisors
    • Expand presence in general trade and modern trade channels
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop route-to-market strategies
    • Monitor competitor activity and implement proactive commercial initiatives
    • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory management with supply chain teams
    • Analyse sales data and market insights to optimise performance and decision-making
    • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers in the region



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally managing multi-site territories
  • Strong distributor management and route-to-market expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership experience handling field sales teams
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to be based in Davao or Cagayan De Oro with regional travel
