Lead and Develop Trusted Advisors Inspire, mentor, and coach a team of Key Account Managers to build strong, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders. Foster Team Engagement and Collaboration Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment through open communication, active knowledge‑sharing, and regular feedback. Experience: 5-7 years in strategic account management, consultative sales, or client relationship leadership, with 2-3+ years in managing high-performing teams.2. Strategic Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing client solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable value.4.
