Job Description

1. Lead and Develop Trusted Advisors
Inspire, mentor, and coach a team of Key Account Managers to build strong, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders. Develop a high‑performing team that understands client goals deeply and consistently delivers tailored, value‑driven solutions while balancing customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.

2. Drive Strategic Account Growth & Value Creation
Oversee the creation and execution of strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business objectives. Guide the team in consultative selling, cross‑sell and up sell strategies, and proactive issue resolution to ensure measurable impact and long‑term client success.

3. Ensure Operational Excellence & Lead by Example
Set, track, and analyze KPIs related to portfolio health, revenue performance, and client satisfaction. Use data insights to inform decisions, strengthen execution, and elevate team performance. Model accountability, adaptability, and customer‑centric leadership.

4. Foster Team Engagement and Collaboration
Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment through open communication, active knowledge‑sharing, and regular feedback. Address challenges constructively, support career development, and recognize achievements to sustain motivation and performance.

5. Lead Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvements
Identify and drive initiatives, special projects, and process enhancements that improve team efficiency, client experience, and revenue outcomes. Lead events, partnerships, or campaigns that support business goals and ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

6. Champion Cross‑Functional Alignment
Act as the key connector between Account Management and teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Share client insights to inform internal strategy and collaborate on integrated solutions that strengthen customer value and deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

The Successful Applicant

1. Experience: 5-7 years in strategic account management, consultative sales, or client relationship leadership, with 2-3+ years in managing high-performing teams.
2. Trusted Advisor Skills: A proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with senior-level clients and guide teams to do the same.
3. Strategic Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing client solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
4. Leadership Ability: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of fostering high-performing, client-centric teams.
5. Data-Driven: Adept at using metrics and account performance insights to drive results. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
