Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Luxury Sales Manager will be responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class commercial strategy across the Prestige channel. This includes tailored approaches for key sub-channels: HNWI, Direct-to-VIP (D2VIP), Corporate Sales, Prestige On-Trade, and specialized prestige retailers and wholesalers.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow volume, revenue (NSV), and contribution margin (CM) across the Prestige channel.
  • Define and implement differentiated, channel-specific strategies to maximize market penetration and brand desirability.
  • Lead the transformation of luxury engagement standards, setting new benchmarks for HNWI relationships and experiences.
  • Drive new business development opportunities within the Prestige and Luxury Wines & Spirits segments.



Luxury Client & Partner Management

  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with HNWI clients, delivering highly personalized and exceptional experiences.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new HNWI customers through strategic networking and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain high-value partnerships with key stakeholders, including luxury brands, private banks, concierge services, and premium lifestyle platforms.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer relationship management that supports both acquisition and long-term retention.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Develop a deep understanding of the local luxury ecosystem and HNWI behavior.
  • Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the luxury sector.
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine strategies and optimize performance.



Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team (1-2 direct reports and external consultants).
  • Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and customer-centricity within the team.
  • Drive capability building in luxury selling, clienteling, and experiential marketing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and/or the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record in engaging High-Net-Worth Individuals and managing luxury clientele.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
  • Established network within HNWI and/or luxury ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
