Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a team in creating innovative marketing initiatives that engage and attract target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across departments.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise campaign impact.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance promotional efforts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Head should have:

  • A background in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance data.
