Job Description

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
  • Develop and execute long-term and annual marketing strategies
  • Adapt pricing, positioning, and promotional tactics to meet targets
  • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and opinion leaders
  • Partner with sales and key account teams to drive growth
  • Manage agencies, communications, and industry event participation
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and marketing budget performance
  • Align marketing activities with supply chain, finance, and CRM teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager - Poultry & Swine should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5-8 years' experience in marketing or product management roles
  • Background in pharmaceutical, veterinary, or life sciences industries
  • Experience or exposure to poultry and swine segments is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of budget management, KPIs, and ROI analysis
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
