Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team responsible for top-tier MSME strategic accounts
  • Own and grow relationships across the top 10 key MSME clients, ensuring revenue retention and expansion
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies across retail, trade, government institutions, and emerging sectors (e.g., BPOs)
  • Identify and unlock upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine commercial strategy
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs, pipeline management, and regular business reviews



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in key account management or enterprise/MSME sales leadership
  • Strong track record managing high-value client portfolios and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams
  • Exposure to telecommunications, technology, or services industries is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
