Job Description

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on HORECA channels
  • Build and lead the sales function from scratch as the first commercial hire
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts including hotels, restaurant groups, and catering companies
  • Establish and grow distributor and channel partner networks
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Manage forecasts, sales pipelines, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience in the food industry
  • Proven experience in HORECA / foodservice channel is a must
  • Strong track record of building and scaling sales operations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently as employee #1
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
