The client is a leading BPO company with a strong presence in the Philippines. They are providing finance support to a large-scale FMCG company.

Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end transformation initiatives for deductions management, from diagnostic through rollout and benefits realization
  • Provide expert insight on deductions processes, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Build and implement improvement roadmaps aimed at lowering deduction volumes, strengthening cash flow, and streamlining workflows
  • Partner with client leadership to align on priorities, ensure transparency, and communicate progress effectively
  • Promote the integration of advanced tools such as automation, analytics, and AI into core processes
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement lasting solutions to improve process stability
  • Guide and develop teams across functions while embedding a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to business development activities, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in the BPO industry with a focus on transformation and deductions operations
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, specifically Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams in matrix organizations
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
  • Background in deploying automation, AI, oranalytics solutions inO2C environments is a plus
  • Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is desirable
