Job Description

  • Provide executive support while driving cross-functional projects
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure on-time outcomes
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership decision-making
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Support broader administrative and business support initiatives as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • Background in Management Trainee programs preferred
  • Exposure to cross-functional work and multiple departments
  • Strong stakeholder management, with leadership exposure
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to drive initiatives independently
  • Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
  • Professional, assertive, and collaborative in engaging leadership
