Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage a team of recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Manager should have:

  • End-to-end recruitment experience in IT volume hiring
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to come up with strategies to address hiring needs
  • Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, tools, and best practices.
