Job Description

    • Develop and execute strategic plans for pharmacy and high-impulse retail accounts to drive sales and market share
    • Build and manage strong relationships with key retail partners to support long-term growth
    • Lead joint business planning with customers, aligning on commercial objectives and execution priorities
    • Analyse sell-in and sell-out performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
    • Optimise product assortment and ensure strong in-store visibility across all accounts
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
    • Manage forecasting and demand planning in partnership with retail customers
    • Monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness to ensure return on investment
    • Oversee distributor execution and ensure effective coverage and merchandising standards
    • Manage trade spend and identify key drivers to maximise channel profitability



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in retail or key account management within the FMCG or consumer goods sector
  • Proven track record in managing pharmacy or high-impulse retail channels
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external teams
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment
