This is a field-based role covering hospitals, clinics, and key accounts across South Luzon.

Job Description

Reporting Line & Team Structure

  • Reports to: Department Head
  • Team size: 7-8 headcount

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for ophthalmic diagnostic equipment within South Luzon
  • Develop and manage relationships with ophthalmologists, ENT, Neuro, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
  • Conduct product demonstrations, clinical applications support, and equipment installation
  • Support product evaluations, trials, and post-installation training
  • Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (service, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and pipeline updates to management

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary of PHP 60,000-70,000 (13 months)
  • Car allowance of up to PHP 30k/month
  • Gas allowance of up to PHP 15k (reimbursement)
  • Annual incentive: 40% of base salary
  • HMO: 100% free coverage for employee, 50% sharing for qualified dependents (up to 4 dependents)
