  • Design and implement sales capability programs to improve field force effectiveness

  • Optimize route-to-market strategies to strengthen distribution and coverage
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate program impact to ensure continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Capability Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales capability, training, or commercial excellence within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of route-to-market and field sales operations
  • Experience managing or working closely with sales teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives
