Job Description

1. Leadership & Team Development

  • Leads, scales, and inspires a nationwide sales team.
  • Recruits, trains, and mentors sales leaders and frontliners.
  • Builds a performance‑driven culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and excellence.



2. Revenue Growth & Market Performance

  • Sets and executes ambitious annual revenue targets.
  • Develops market‑specific strategies to accelerate growth.
  • Identifies opportunities for category, channel, and geographic expansion.



3. Nationwide Market Expansion

  • Designs and executes plans to strengthen market presence across regions.
  • Evaluates regional trends and customer behaviors to determine high‑potential territories.
  • Leads penetration into new areas and strengthens nationwide distribution coverage.



4. Sales Systems, Processes & Reporting

  • Establishes scalable sales processes and operating rhythms.
  • Implements technology and data‑driven tools to improve forecasting, visibility, and decision‑making.
  • Continuously refines sales workflows to enhance efficiency and support hyper‑growth.



5. Commercial Collaboration with Marketing

  • Partners closely with Marketing to align commercial plans with campaigns and consumer initiatives.
  • Provides sales insights that influence product positioning and messaging.
  • Ensures the sales organization fully capitalizes on demand‑generation activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least five years of senior‑level sales leadership experience within the consumer goods or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale or nationwide expansion efforts.
  • Experience operating in high‑growth environments with significant year‑over‑year scaling.
  • Capable of handling extensive travel across regions.
  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives involving new systems or processes.
  • MBA or similar postgraduate education is preferred.
