Job Description

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare reports and track sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the team regarding stock availability.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.

A successful Sales Support Officer should have:
