Job Description

  • Drive the development and execution of ESG strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed sustainability into operations, decision-making, and key business processes.
  • Lead ESG reporting and disclosures in line with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS), ensuring transparency and data integrity.
  • Monitor ESG performance against defined targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, address sustainability concerns, and strengthen ESG partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sustainability Manager should have:

  • Preferably with a bachelor's degree in business management, finance, environmental studies, social science, or any sustainable development-related degree. An advanced degree and relevant professional certifications in sustainability, finance and project management are a plus.
  • Worked in a Sustainability-related role for at least seven (7) years
  • Foundational knowledge of Sustainability Reporting frameworks, such as GRI, IIRC , SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1 and S2 and other relevant reporting standards.
  • Experienced project manager with a strong ability to lead and execute strategies.
  • Research-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with environmental and social impact measurement methodologies and reporting practices.
  • Excellent communication, business casing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
