Job Description



  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract strong talent across functions
    • Lead and optimize end‑to‑end hiring processes for key roles
    • Establish recruitment reporting to support data-driven decisions
    • Coach, mentor, and manage the TA team to achieve performance goals
    • Monitor hiring metrics to assess TA performance and improve candidate experience
    • Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities
    • Ensure hiring compliance across all supported regions, including international markets
    • Provide regional recruitment guidance and support



    Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

    • Design and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence
    • Partner with creatives/marketing teams on branding content and attraction campaigns
    • Lead recruitment marketing efforts including job postings, career pages, and testimonials
    • Represent the employer brand in career fairs, partnerships, and university relations
    • Guide TA team members on branding and attraction activities across regions



    Compliance & Best Practices

    • Ensure all hiring activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and audit standards
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
    • Stay updated on hiring trends, tools, and technologies to enhance TA processes



    Talent Pipeline Management

    • Build and sustain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
    • Develop relationships with schools, industry groups, and networks
    • Implement initiatives such as talent communities and referral programs



    Regional Support

    • Provide strategic recruitment support for assigned regional markets
    • Tailor hiring strategies based on local market conditions
    • Support regional talent initiatives and events



    Other Responsibilities

    • Lead people management, coaching, and development of direct reports
    • Act as second-in-command when senior HR/TA leadership is unavailable
    • Support other HR initiatives and special projects as needed


The Successful Applicant

  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring regulations
  • Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team
  • Willing and able to report 100% onsite
