Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs in the life science industry.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Partner should have:
