The Technical Customer Manager role in the Automotive cable industry provides technical support to customers by understanding their needs, maintaining regular communication, and assisting with the introduction of new products or production sites.

About Our Client

Our client is global manufacturing organization operating in the Philippines, specializing in the production and assembly of industrial components for global markets.

Job Description

  • Serve as the main technical contact for customers and OEMs
  • Support new product development and presentations with internal teams
  • Manage customer technical specifications, standards, and documentation
  • Coordinate product approvals, testing, and release activities
  • Support industrialization of new products and customer‑specific requests
  • Drive continuous improvement using customer KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and company policies

The Successful Applicant

  • With Engineering/Chemistry Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations in the automotive cable industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project execution
  • Based in Metro Manila, but willing to travel as required
