Key Responsibilities of the Technical Support Representative

  • Handle inbound voice calls for a US healthcare support account
  • Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to customers over the phone
  • Troubleshoot system, access, and process-related issues
  • Manage irate or distressed callers with empathy and composure
  • Accurately document call interactions and resolutions
  • Adhere to US healthcare compliance and operational standards
  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors or managers
  • Work closely with team leads and management in an onsite environment
