Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Transformation Senior Specialist

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to streamline business operations.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress of transformation projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide training and support to teams to foster adoption of new processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to introduce best practices and modern methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, Lean, or operational excellence
  • Experience working in shared services, global capability centers, or multinational environments
  • Proven delivery of measurable results through Lean or process improvement initiatives
  • Formal training in Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem‑solving methodologies
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a night‑shift, global stakeholder environment
