Job Description

  • Lead lift-and-shift of processes from global regions to Manila
  • Execute Knowledge Transfer, shadowing, and readiness validation
  • Validate SOPs, process maps, and control documentation
  • Coordinate go-live, cutover, and deployment activities
  • Lead hyper-care and early-life stabilisation efforts
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies through structured frameworks
  • Prepare governance reports and stakeholder updates
  • Drive continuous improvement and transition standardisation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in transitions, migrations, or shared services
  • Proven experience in lift-and-shift / process migration projects
  • Hands-on experience with Knowledge Transfer and go-live readiness
  • Experience working with global and multiple stakeholders
  • Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage risk, timelines, and quality in live transitions
